Good morning. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Entourage Health Corp. will now come to order. My name is George Scorsis, and I am the Executive Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive of the Corporation. In accordance with the Corporation's bylaw, I will preside as Chair of the meeting. Vincent Dore, the Corporation's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, will act as Secretary of the meeting.

Before commencing the formal business of this meeting, given this meeting is being held virtually, I'd like to set out a few rules for its orderly conduct.
