Good morning. Looking at the forward statement, the theme of this presentation is going to be mostly focused on diversification and growth, even though there are some short-term headwinds, and we've been really repositioning our company over a number of years. So, diversification, electrification, and you'll see that we have a very strong balance sheet as well to invest in that organic growth and support that acquisitions strategy as well.

So, you can see here, this is what we do. We design and manufacture products that sense, connect and move. That's what we focus on. That's what our strategy is built around.

And you can see here our performance in the last 12 months. But with this product portfolio, that's where we deploy our talent, that's where we deploy our capital in a very strict manner.

And you can see our revenue profile here. Asia, about 30%, what we do in Asia is for the Asian market. It's very little coming back to the US or Europe.
