Good morning, everyone. I'd like to welcome you to the PC Connection 2022 Annual Stockholder Meeting. I'm Tim McGrath, President and CEO of Connection, and I will be presiding over this meeting.

Connection had a strong transformative year in 2021, advancing our strategy to serve as a trusted IT adviser that connects people with technology they need to enhance growth, elevate productivity and empower innovation. We believe that technology is an enabler of competitive advantage for our customers and we are proud of the significant progress that we made in 2021.
