Well, good morning, everybody, and welcome to the interims. Nice to see you here.

So we think that the last period has really been pivotal in validating the Syncona model. We've seen the disposal of 2 companies, Nightstar and Blue Earth, which have collectively generated proceeds of just under GBP 600 million at very attractive multiples. Both of those were businesses founded by Syncona and built over a 4-, 5-year period.

Within the rest of the portfolio, we continue to see very strong progress. We're excited about that group of companies. We'll talk more about them, but we see progress with AUTO1 moving into a registration study, Autolus' lead program, and we have 6 other programs in the clinic with considerable progress across Freeline, Gyroscope and Achilles in that regard.
