Good afternoon, everyone. We're going to continue with the program. Thanks for joining us here today in the room and on the web. My name is Michael Rehaut. I'm the senior analyst covering the homebuilding and building product sectors for JPMorgan. Been doing so for over 16 years now.

We're pleased to have with us Century Communities and CFO, Dave Messenger. Continuing the second day afternoon portion of our 12th Annual Homebuilding & Building Products Conference.

Century has been a participant the last few years as it went public in 2014. And yes, we're always happy to have them back. They've pursued an aggressive and successful strategy -- expansion strategy, largely through acquisition and integrating those acquisitions, now becoming one of the -- in the top 10 in the United States. So it's an impressive feat over a relatively short amount of time.
