Greetings, and welcome to the Calix 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. It is my pleasure to introduce Cory Sindelar, Calix's Chief Financial Officer, who will preside at the meeting; and Suzanne Tom, Calix's Senior Vice President and General Counsel, who will act as the Secretary of the meeting.
