Good afternoon. Thank you for joining us at Oppenheimer's 22nd Annual Consumer Growth and E-Commerce Conference. My name is Rupesh Parikh; I'm a senior food, grocery, and consumer products analyst here at Oppenheimer. I'm happy to introduce our next presenting company, Cal-Maine Foods. We're very excited to have joining us today, Dolph Baker, CEO; and Max Bowman, CFO.
Cal-Maine is primarily engaged in the production, grading, packing, marketing, and sale of fresh shell eggs, including conventional, cage-free, organic, pasture-raised, free-range, and nutritionally enhanced eggs.
The company is the largest producer and distributor of fresh shell eggs in the US, and sells the majority of its shell eggs in states across the Southwestern, Southeastern, Mid-western, and Mid-Atlantic regions of the US.
