Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today for our 2020 full year results announcement.

I would like to start with a few key messages about the full year performance. Overall, the performance reflected the efforts of our people, the agility of our network and the resilience of our share and reuse business model. We delivered strong sales revenue growth of 6% at constant currency, in line with our objective for mid-single-digit growth. This performance reflected volume growth with new and existing customers across the pallet operations and ongoing price realization, primarily in the Americas segment.

Our underlying profit, including the impact of AASB 16, was up 4% as the strong pallets
