Ladies and gentlemen, a very good afternoon to all of you. I'm Rajan Kapur, Company Secretary of Petronet LNG Limited. It's my privilege to welcome all of you to the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Petronet LNG Limited through video conferencing. In view of the challenges and risks posed by COVID-19 pandemic, and keeping in mind the safety and security of the shareholders and employees of the company, we are holding this Annual General Meeting through video conferencing in terms of the relaxed provisions of Companies Act 2013, that, with rules to various circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI LODR Regulation 2015.
