Good day, ladies and gentlemen. It is now 10:00 AM in Santa Clara, California, and there being a quorum present, I declare the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Heartbeam, Inc. open. My name is Branislav Vajdic. I am the Chief Executive Officer of Heartbeam and Chair of this meeting.

And joining me today on the phone are my fellow Board of Directors, Richard Ferrari, George de Urioste, Marga Ortigas-Wedekind, and Willem Elfrink; as well as executive officer of Heartbeam, Rick Brounstein, our Chief Financial Officer; Jon Hunt, our Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer; and Allan Baumel, our Chief Operating Officer.
