I'm Raymond Cohen, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Board -- on the Board of Directors of Axonics. It's now approximately 12 noon Eastern Time and in accordance with the notice of meeting and on behalf of the Board of Directors, I call this order -- or I call to order this Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
