On behalf of the Board, it is my pleasure to welcome our shareholders, proxyholders and guests to the second virtual Annual General Meeting of Evolution Mining Limited, especially to those who may be attending our AGM for the first time. Our AGM is being held virtually in the interest of the health and safety of our shareholders and our people and in line with current regulatory guidance.

Evolution respects and supports the indigenous communities in which we operate, both in Australia and in Canada. I'd like to acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation on whose land we are hosting this meeting today. I pay my respects to their elders, past and present, and to all our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. I'd also like to acknowledge our First Nation Partners in Canada.
