Thank you, and good morning. Welcome to the presentation of Auswide Bank's interim results for the 2023 financial year. I'm Martin Barrett, MD of Auswide Bank, and joining me today is Bill Schafer, the group's CFO.

During today's presentation, we will be referring to the investor presentation which was lodged on the ASX this morning. And we'll note we have kept this pretty simple in line with, in banking terms, a relatively simple focus we maintain.

So I'm stating the obvious when I say we're experiencing fast and substantial change in the Australian economy. And as a subset of the housing market, it pays to be agile in this environment. And as I'm sure time will reveal conservative rather than aggressive lending during the past historic low interest rate environment will be a benefit. The period ahead will be somewhat defined by the decisions taken over the past few years particularly as it relates to loan serviceability, customer impact and ultimately the bank's loan provisions and write-offs.
