Good afternoon. I'm David Leiker. Our next presentation is from Allison Transmission. The company is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, and was founded in 1915. The company is the world's largest supplier of fully automatic transmissions for medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, various industrial applications, tactical, military vehicles and hybrid propulsion systems for transit buses. The company is one of the most profitable industrial companies with EBIT margins near 40% and after-tax ROIC of 20%. Sales are $2.7 billion. The market cap is $5.4 billion.
