And just to get started, Greg, if you could talk about sort of give an overview of Air Lease, how it's differentiated with the other lessors and sort of your state of the union?

Air Lease Corporation was founded 10 years ago as a clean sheet piece of paper at aircraft lessor. Most of the management team came over from the world -- formerly with the world's largest leasing company, ILFC, at the time and started Air Lease to focus on 3 or 4 core strategies, and focusing on young airplanes, on long leases with low leverage.

And we've built this company now to be -- after being over 10 years to be $50 billion in size,
