All right. We're going to go ahead and get started. So good morning, everyone. I'm Ray Iardella, Head of Investor Relations at Arthur J. Gallagher. I want to welcome everyone to our second quarter investor relations meeting, including those of you here in Rolling Meadows and those of you who are listening in via the webcast.

We have great lineup of speakers today. The format's going to be very similar to what we've done in the past. Each speaker will probably give 15 to 20 minutes of prepared remarks and then open it up for Q&A for those of you here in Rolling Meadows.
