Thank you, and good afternoon, everybody. Good morning. Thank you for joining Aldar's Q2, also the first half of 2019 Results Call. Apologies for the late start. We'll get right to it. My name is Greg Fewer, the Chief Financial Officer of Aldar. I'll go through a brief overview of our results, and we'll open up the call to questions.

So kicking off in terms of our financial performance. We're very pleased to be reporting a 10% increase in revenues to AED 1.66 billion during the second quarter, which was supported by recent asset additions, including last year's TDIC asset acquisition, Etihad JV acquisition and the Al Jimi Mall
