Satterwhite and Elizabeth Hendricks Murphy and is currently headed by president and portfolio manager Christopher C. Faber. IronBridge Capital Management is employee owned and has grown from its inception to now have 41 employees of which 16 are investment professionals. The company conducts its research internally, utilizing a proprietary stock selection to screen over 3,000 companies. IronBridge Capital Management invests in small to large cap companies in the public equity market on a global scale and benchmarks its performance against various Russell, S&P, and MSCI indexes. The company invests most heavily in the finance sector, which alone makes up over a sixth of its total asset allocations, and also invests in the consumer discretionary, information technology, industrials, health care, consumer staples, materials, and energy sectors, among others to a lesser degree, in order of decreasing allocation.
