As of 2015, the company has decided to return all investor money and become a family office. A representative for the company stated that the company’s previous loss of 11.3% is not the reason for the company’s returning of investment capital, and John A. Thaler himself has explicitly stated that he believes that “it is the right moment to take a break, spend time with my young family and determine which path to pursue next.”
