Goldman Sachs Group Inc at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Future of Financials Conference Transcript
We're going to get started with our next session. In case you don't know me, I'm Mike Carrier. I cover the brokers, asset managers and exchanges here at Bank of America. It's my pleasure to introduce our next company, Goldman Sachs. And with us here today is Goldman's Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Scherr. Stephen has been with the firm since 1993 and has been in the CFO role about a year now.
Prior to his current role, Steven served as CEO of Goldman Sachs Bank and was also Head of the Consumer and Commercial Banking Division, where he worked on the digital consumer effort. Prior to these roles, Steven was Chief Strategy Officer, Head of LatAm, Global Head of Financing, CEO of Investment Banking, in addition to other roles. So he has a good perspective across the firm.
Given some of the strategic repositioning going on at Goldman in early progress as well as a leading investment banking and trading operation, it's a great time to be able to sit down with Stephen and get his views on some of the key topics. Thanks
