What happens at the end of my trial?
During your free trial, enjoy full membership features. Your subscription renews as per your chosen plan post-trial. We'll remind you via email before the trial's end, and your payment will be processed afterward.
You can cancel anytime to stop renewal after the current period. Note: Free trial users are limited to 1000 Excel Addin requests.
A 7-day free trial is available once every 24 months. If you've trialed within this period, you'll be charged immediately upon registration.
Can I change my Membership level later?
Absolutely. After you have subscribed GuruFocus membership, you can upgrade or downgrade your Membership level anytime. You can also switch from a monthly payment to an annual payment to save more than 33% throughout the year.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Why I cannot access premium features even I know I have a Premium Membership?
This usually happens when you have two accounts with GuruFocus.com, and you logged into the free account instead of the premium account. Please log out, and log in again into the Premium account.
You would get immediate access to our membership features after payment. Please go to Contact Us page and report the issue if you are not able to access premium features after paying.
