As we head into another week of work, we are pleased to announce a new way to receive customer support.
Figure 1 illustrates our Apple Inc. (AAPL, Financial) summary page with the blue “Chat” bubble highlighted.

If you wish to start a live chat, click on the blue circle. You will then see a dialog box like the one illustrated in Figure 2.

Please enter your name, email and question in the respective fields and then click on the “Start Chat” button to begin the conversation. When you click the “Start Chat” button, you will see a prompt that says “a representative will come online shortly.”
Sending screen shots
If you would like to report an issue regarding our website, we strongly recommend sending us a screen shot so that we can clearly see the problem on your end, allowing us to identify and fix it on our end. To send us a screen shot, please click on the “paper clip” button and then attach the file. Please make sure your file has just one dot, e.g., “image.jpg".
Figure 3 illustrates the “paper clip” button, while Figure 4 illustrates the pop-up window allowing you to attach your screen shot.
