VivoPower International's (VVPR, Financial) unit, Tembo e-LV, has achieved a significant milestone by landing its first order for electric vehicle (EV) conversion kits. The order was placed by The Safari Collection, which owns several luxury destinations in Kenya like Giraffe Manor, Sasaab, Sala’s Camp, and Solio Lodge.
This initial order marks a major step for Tembo e-LV as it seeks to expand its footprint in the EV conversion space, especially in the tourism sector where sustainability is becoming increasingly important. The conversion kits will enable The Safari Collection to transition its fleet to electric, aligning with their environmental responsibility goals.
