LogicMark, under the ticker (LGMK, Financial), has recently revised its Board committee structures, reflecting strategic adjustments in its governance. The Board of Directors now includes five individuals, featuring four independent non-executive directors and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
In the latest changes, Carine Schneider, who joined the Board in October 2023, has been elevated to Board Chair and continues her role in the Compensation Committee. John Pettitt, a Board member since March 2022, now leads the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee as its Chair.
Robert Curtis, who has been part of the Board since July 2018, has taken on the responsibility as Chair of the Compensation Committee, working alongside Directors Schneider and Pettitt. Additionally, Barbara Gutierrez, appointed in May 2022, continues to oversee as Chair of the Audit Committee and remains the Board’s financial expert.
Chia-Lin Simmons, acting as the CEO since June 2021, maintains her focus on managing LogicMark's operations. In accordance with governance standards, she does not participate in any Board committees.
