Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM, Financial), is bringing back its beloved Chicken & Waffles nationwide after a five-year hiatus. The reintroduction includes new Strawberry & Crème Pie Poppers, expanding the brand's dessert offerings. The popular menu item combines the chain's iconic Original Recipe® fried chicken with Liège-style waffles, infused with pearl sugar and served with syrup.
To celebrate the return, KFC offers several wallet-friendly deals. Customers can enjoy a $7 Tenders and Waffle Box, which includes three Original Recipe® Tenders, a Liège-style waffle, and Mrs. Butterworth's® syrup. There's also a $7 Two-Piece Chicken and Waffle Box for those who prefer classic fried chicken options. The $25 Chicken & Waffles Fan Favorites Box provides a larger shareable meal, featuring four fried chicken pieces, 12 KFC Nuggets, four waffles, fries, and syrups or sauces.
In addition, KFC is launching a new $10 Tuesday deal where diners can choose between eight Original Recipe® tenders with sauces or eight pieces of classic fried chicken. This and other promotions coincide with a special Mother's Day offer of free delivery on all digital orders from May 9-11, 2025, available exclusively through the KFC app and kfc.com. This initiative aims to boost digital engagement on one of the brand's busiest days annually.
These strategic offers serve to attract different customer segments, enhancing both in-store and digital sales. However, prices may be higher in locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, and California, and the free delivery offer does not extend to third-party platforms.
