Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA, Financial) has announced the appointment of My Chi To as its new executive vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary, effective May 19. In her new role, To will report directly to Tony Cheng, the president and CEO, and will participate in RGA's executive committee discussions.
Prior to joining RGA, My Chi To was an executive vice president and chief legal officer at Voya Financial, where she managed a team of 175, overseeing legal, compliance, and governmental affairs. Her leadership there was instrumental in positioning the legal and compliance division as a vital advisor and growth facilitator for the company.
