Huntington National Bank (HBAN) has announced the appointment of Eric Wasserstrom as Executive Vice President, Head of Investor Relations, effective April 28, 2025. With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Wasserstrom joins Huntington from Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he was the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Investor Relations.
In his previous positions, Wasserstrom played significant roles in investor engagement and strategic development. At Discover Financial Services, he served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Enterprise Strategy for four years, helping align strategic initiatives with shareholder interests.
Eric Wasserstrom is set to take over from Timothy Sedabres, who has transitioned to the role of Head of Corporate and Strategic Finance at Huntington. In his new capacity, Wasserstrom will lead the investor relations team, foster investment community engagement, and develop strategies to improve shareholder value, thereby supporting the bank's future growth.
