Alamitos West Health & Rehabilitation Center, which boasts a four-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, presented a significant value-add opportunity with a sale price of $154,000 per bed. The transaction was handled by Nick Stahler, Michael Mooney, and Hap Knowles of Marcus & Millichap, with Stahler procuring the buyer, International Equity Partners (IEP).
