The nominal value per share has been decreased from NOK 1 to NOK 0.02, resulting in a total share capital of NOK 12,084,844.36 divided into 604,242,218 shares. This change was officially registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises following the expiration of a six-week creditor notification period on April 22, 2025.
The company has also resolved to distribute dividends of NOK 0.98 per share to shareholders of record as of April 25, 2025, with the shares recorded in the VPS on April 29, 2025. The dividend payment is slated for May 7, 2025, and the shares will trade ex-dividend from April 28, 2025.
