Among the key innovations is the Pristina Via™ mammography system, designed to enhance the mammography experience by providing diagnostic accuracy and operational efficiency. This system features zero-click acquisition and fast DBT image cycle times, enhancing workflow efficiency and patient comfort. Additionally, it offers vendor-neutral prior image comparison to streamline assessments.
Furthermore, GE HealthCare is distributing DeepHealth’s SmartMammo™ AI solution in the U.S., which integrates with the Pristina platform to enhance diagnostic workflows. SmartMammo's AI capabilities include automatic lesion localization and real-time data rendering, improving efficiency and diagnostic accuracy, especially for dense breast tissue patients.
GE HealthCare is also highlighting its Invenia™ Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) Premium, the first FDA-approved technology designed specifically for patients with dense breast tissue. Clinical studies have demonstrated that combining ABUS with mammography increases cancer detection by 35.7%.
