Xiao-I (AIXI, Financial) is witnessing significant commercial momentum for its AI-powered glasses, which are projected to generate between $12 million and $15 million in revenue by 2025. This optimistic forecast is driven by substantial market demand and improvements in production capabilities since the product's debut in August 2024.
Within just over a year, Xiao-I has sold more than 1,500 units of its advanced augmented reality glasses. These devices stand out due to their sophisticated hardware, featuring diffractive waveguide optics and Micro-LED displays, which together offer exceptional outdoor visibility and sharp image quality, enhancing the user experience.
To ensure scalable production to meet burgeoning demand, Xiao-I is collaborating with top-tier manufacturing partners. These partnerships are expected to enable an annualized production capacity of 50,000 units by 2025. Through these alliances, Xiao-I aims to secure dedicated production line capacity, ensuring priority scheduling to cater to rapidly changing market requirements.
This collaboration will also allow Xiao-I to effectively manage production timelines, maintain quality control, and optimize inventory management, all while retaining the flexibility to expand operations as needed. The company is buoyed by positive customer feedback and growing purchase interest, especially from markets that have been overlooked by traditional tech offerings.
In line with its strategic goals, Xiao-I remains committed to delivering 10,000 units by 2025. This goal is underpinned by phased capacity expansions with strategic suppliers and by broadening its product lines to meet diverse consumer needs.
