Noah Holdings (NOAH, Financial) has released its 2024 Chairwoman Letter to Shareholders, underscoring significant achievements in global expansion and business transformation. The company reported that overseas net revenues now account for 48% of total revenue. This growth is marked by a 31% year-over-year increase in overseas transaction value, totaling $4.3 billion.

Domestically, the transaction value for RMB private secondary products surged by over 200% in Q4 2024. Moreover, Noah Holdings saw an 18% year-over-year increase in overseas assets under management (AUM), reaching $5.8 billion, and a 5% increase in overseas assets under administration (AUA), amounting to $8.7 billion.

Noah's commitment to shareholder returns is evident with the board's approval of a 100% dividend payout ratio, distributing RMB 550 million in non-GAAP net income for the year. This includes an annual dividend of RMB 275 million and a special dividend of RMB 275 million.

Significantly, the company has restructured its operations, establishing 138 overseas relationship managers in key markets such as Hong Kong and Singapore. Additionally, they have launched three new brands: ARK Wealth Management, Olive Asset Management, and Glory Family Heritage, to support their international expansion efforts.

Noah Holdings continues to strengthen its global footprint, investing in technological and AI capabilities to support its operations across various jurisdictions. The strategic focus for 2025 includes expanding its relationship manager teams and enhancing global infrastructure, which is anticipated to sustain its growth momentum and increase shareholder value.
