  • INVO Fertility to change its Nasdaq trading symbol to "IVF" on April 28, 2025.
  • The change marks a strategic shift to focus exclusively on the fertility care market.
  • The company aligns its mission with U.S. policies to improve access to fertility services.

INVO Fertility, Inc. (Nasdaq: NAYA), previously known as NAYA Biosciences, is set to trade under the new Nasdaq ticker symbol "IVF" beginning April 28, 2025. This shift follows the company's strategic decision to separate its fertility and oncology operations.

CEO Steve Shum explained that the new ticker symbol "IVF" accurately represents INVO Fertility's focus on the fertility care market. The firm is dedicated to building, acquiring, and managing fertility clinics across the United States, thereby expanding access to advanced reproductive services and technologies.

INVO Fertility's strategic realignment coincides with a recent U.S. Presidential executive order aimed at reducing the costs of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and increasing accessibility to fertility services. This alignment further emphasizes the company's mission to assist patients in realizing their family-building aspirations.

The company will continue with its existing CUSIP number and focus primarily on innovative reproductive technologies, including the intravaginal culture (IVC) procedure, via its INVOcell® medical device. This approach aims to provide a more natural, personal, and cost-effective alternative to traditional assisted reproductive treatments.
