The company's current Chief Executive Officer, Shahar Hania, will step down from his position on April 24, 2025, to pursue new opportunities. However, he will continue to contribute to Rail Vision as a member of its Board of Directors.

In a strategic move, the Board of Directors has appointed David BenDavid as the new CEO. BenDavid previously served as Rail Vision’s Chief Technology Officer from 2018 to 2019, equipping him with valuable insights into the company’s operations and goals. His extensive 25-year career spans global innovation in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and technology transformation sectors.

Prior to rejoining Rail Vision, BenDavid co-founded and served as CEO of Tensorleap, a deep learning analytics platform, from 2019 to 2024. He also co-founded Ogmint, an augmented reality solutions provider, and has held various senior engineering and sales roles in both Israel and the United States. BenDavid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Software Engineering Certification from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
