CBL Properties (CBL) is set to enhance the shopping and dining experience at Friendly Center in Greensboro, North Carolina, with the introduction of four new restaurants and two new retailers. The additions include Cooper’s Hawk, First Watch, North Italia, and French bakery Tous les Jours, alongside the retail giants LEGO and Rowan. These developments are part of the company's strategy to solidify Friendly Center’s status as a leading lifestyle destination.

Cooper’s Hawk will transform a 10,000 square-foot space, previously the NY & Co. store, into a Napa-style tasting room with multiple dining options. First Watch will take over a 4,000 square-foot area formerly occupied by Qdoba, offering its well-known breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu. North Italia will bring its Italian culinary delights to a 6,000 square-foot location, which was once a Post Office. Tous les Jours will introduce its variety of fresh baked goods within The Shops at Friendly Center.

The addition of these brands, expected to open by the end of 2025, exemplifies CBL’s commitment to delivering high-quality experiences at its properties. Friendly Center already hosts an impressive lineup of tenants such as Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, and lululemon, among others, making it an attractive location for both new and existing brands.
