Tetra Tech, Inc. (TTEK), a renowned provider of consulting and engineering services in water and sustainable infrastructure, has been selected by the City of Cape Coral, Florida, to manage the expansion of its North Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant. This project, valued at $60 million, is set to increase the plant's production capacity by 50% while doubling the capacity of its ground storage reservoir.

The expansion will integrate cutting-edge technologies for energy recovery and process optimization, which will assist Cape Coral in providing consistent service to its increasing population while alleviating pressure on local aquifers. Tetra Tech's engineering design and technical services will be integral in transforming brackish groundwater into high-quality drinking water through a comprehensive suite of services including engineering design, preparation of technical plans, permitting, and testing.
