Truist Securities (TFC) has strategically enhanced its Industrials and Services investment banking team with the appointment of three new managing directors, reflecting a strong commitment to expanding expertise in vital sectors of the economy. These personnel additions are targeted at the Transportation and Logistics, Aerospace and Defense, and Building Products and Basic Materials sectors, demonstrating Truist's focused growth in key economic areas.

Don Devendorf will lead the coverage for the Transportation and Logistics sector, which encompasses railroads, trucking operators, integrated and asset-light logistics providers, transportation infrastructure, and transportation equipment leasing. His prior experience includes positions at Morgan Stanley and Bluejay Advisors. Devendorf will be based in New York City.

Douglas Jarl has been appointed as the managing director for the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services sector, covering aerospace manufacturing, defense electronics and technology, and government-specific service businesses. Jarl's professional history includes tenures at Barclays, Bank of America, and TD Cowen. Like Devendorf, Jarl will also operate out of New York City.

Josh Prangley will manage the Building Products and Basic Materials sector, which includes residential and commercial building product manufacturing and distribution, heavy-side building materials, and forestry products such as wood, pulp, and paper packaging. Prangley's experience includes roles at Greenhill & Co. and J.P. Morgan. He will be based in Chicago.

All three new managing directors will report to John Pilant, who serves as the head of Industrials and Services Investment Banking and Capital Markets for Truist Securities.
