AirJoule Technologies (NASDAQ: AIRJ) announced a significant $15 million private placement investment led by GE Vernova. This investment will advance the commercialization of their breakthrough AirJoule® system, which can separate water from air at less than 160 watt-hours per liter utilizing low-grade waste heat from industrial operations.

This funding follows a previous $5 million investment from GE Vernova in March 2024, which established a 50/50 joint venture. The new capital will accelerate the rollout of the AirJoule® A1000™ units, expected to produce between 1,000 to 3,000 liters of pure water daily, with pilot deployments planned for 2025.

The collaboration extends to a strategic project focused on integrating AirJoule® technology into GE Vernova products. This aims to exploit waste heat to produce water, targeting applications in data centers, power generation, and advanced manufacturing.

GE Vernova's participation underscores their confidence in AirJoule Technologies' innovative approach to water harvesting and provides a solid foundation for transforming waste heat into a valuable resource. Titan Partners Group and Marathon Capital served as placement agents for the investment, highlighting the strategic importance of this capital injection.
