Klondike Gold Corp (TSXV:KG, OTCQB:KDKGF) has announced the commencement of its 2025 exploration and drilling initiative at the Klondike District Property, a vast 727 square kilometer area dedicated to advanced gold exploration. The campaign is scheduled to begin by April 28, targeting the expansion of gold mineralization within the Eldorado Creek corridor, a region known for significant geological interest.

This year's drilling program marks a pioneering effort for Klondike with plans to drill as deep as 750 meters. This approach will test the potential extensions of mineralization, spearheaded by recent insights from updated evaluation work. These updates include new 3-D structural and mineralization models along Eldorado Creek, enhancing the accuracy of exploration targeting.

The Eldorado Creek site is known for its high-grade orogenic style gold veining, documented to exceed 30 g/t Au within 500 meters of vertical elevation. The 2025 drilling aims to systematically explore these rich mineralization zones, which span multiple parallel and stacked mineralized faults.

The drilling program builds on a solid foundation, with a current mineral resource estimate of 581,000 ounces of gold, calculated at a gold price of $1700 USD. This estimate underlines the significant potential of the project to contribute valuable resources in a globally renowned mining district.
