Jani, who joined the company in September 2023 as Vice President of Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis, succeeds Michelle Ressler in this key leadership role. With a robust background in Wall Street and corporate finance, Jani brings over 15 years of experience, having previously served at Blade Air Mobility, Citadel LLC, and in investment banking at Bank of America and Moelis & Company.
During Jani's tenure, Real Brokerage has experienced significant growth, expanding its agent base from about 12,000 to more than 27,000. His strategic financial acumen has been pivotal in enhancing the company’s investor engagement and long-term planning, contributing to its rapid expansion across North America.
