Summa Silver Corp. (SSVR) has reported significant high-grade gold and silver assay results from its rock sampling program at the Kennedy Project, located in northern Nevada. The program uncovered impressive results, including up to 40.4 g/t gold (Au) and 232 g/t silver (Ag) at the Gold Note target, and 10.9 g/t Au with 724 g/t Ag at the same location. The Coyote target also presented promising grades, reaching 2.9 g/t Au with 759 g/t Ag.
The project's exploration has traced over 22 kilometers of high-grade gold-silver quartz veins at the surface, suggesting a complex, district-scale system. Summa Silver has completed six deep exploratory holes at the Hughes project, identifying quartz veins, stockworks, and breccias, though assay results are still pending.
The company is in the process of digitalizing historical mining data to aid in focusing future exploration efforts. A comprehensive exploration program is planned, including geological mapping, rock-chip sampling, ground geophysics, and soil-geochemical surveys, which will be followed by additional drilling.
