Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (APOG) announced its fiscal 2025 fourth-quarter and full-year financial results, reporting a decrease in net sales to $345.7 million, a drop of 4.5% compared to the same period in the previous year. The decrease was influenced by the absence of an additional week of operations that benefited the prior fiscal period, contributing to a 7.9% sales decline. The diluted EPS for the quarter stood at $0.11, with adjusted EPS at $0.89.

Despite the quarterly declines, full-year results showed stronger performance. Net sales for fiscal 2025 totaled $1.36 billion, representing a 3.9% decline year-over-year, while full-year adjusted diluted EPS increased by 4%, reaching a record $4.97. The company's operating margin for the year was 8.7%, with adjusted operating margin improving to 11.0%.

The recent acquisition of UW Solutions positively impacted Performance Surfaces' segment, which saw a 76.7% increase in net sales, with $23.2 million stemming from the acquisition. However, Architectural Metals and Architectural Glass segments experienced sales declines of 19.4% and 21.9%, respectively, due to lower volumes.

Apogee also shared its outlook for fiscal 2026, indicating anticipated net sales between $1.37 billion and $1.43 billion. The diluted EPS is projected to range from $2.54 to $3.19, with adjusted EPS expected between $3.55 and $4.10, factoring in current macroeconomic challenges and ongoing investments in growth opportunities.
