Vonage, a leader in cloud communications and a subsidiary of Ericsson (ERIC), has announced a significant agreement with FREENOW, Europe's leading multi-mobility app, to transform its customer communication strategy. The collaboration aims to leverage Vonage's advanced Communications APIs, enhancing communication through more secure and branded messaging solutions.
FREENOW operates in nine European countries, offering a variety of mobility services, including taxis, car-sharing, e-scooters, and e-bikes, across 150 cities. By integrating Vonage's Messages API, which features RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS support, along with Fraud Defender Advanced and Number Verification, FREENOW aims to improve customer trust and interaction simplicity.
The partnership has already yielded impressive results, with FREENOW achieving a 100% conversion rate on RCS-ready devices. The company is set to incorporate branded interactive messages to further enhance user engagement and trust. Future plans include implementing Number Verification and Silent Authentication via Network APIs to bolster customer interaction security.
