Associated Banc-Corp (ASB) has announced the appointment of Julio Manso as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective June 2, 2025. Manso will be succeeding Angie DeWitt, who is retiring from the position. In his new role, Manso will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, including succession planning, talent management, and organizational development, reporting directly to Associated Bank President and CEO Andy Harmening.

Julio Manso, aged 57, joins Associated from KeyBank, where he served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources since November 2020. Prior to his tenure at KeyBank, he held senior HR leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase from 2016 to 2020. His extensive expertise in human resources will aid the company in fostering growth and innovation across its organization.

Manso will be based in Milwaukee and is expected to enhance the company's HR strategies. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Known for his community involvement, Manso has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas.

Associated Banc-Corp, with total assets amounting to $43 billion, is the largest bank holding company headquartered in Wisconsin. It operates nearly 200 banking locations across Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Missouri, providing a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
