Grenova, Inc., a leading Virginia-based company specializing in sustainable laboratory technologies, has announced the successful completion of a new round of growth equity capital. The investment was led by Peloton Equity and Hamilton Lane's (HLNE) Impact Fund II, along with other existing investors. This strategic funding aims to advance Grenova's automation portfolio, expand research and development capabilities, and accommodate increasing market demand globally.

As part of an impressive strategic move, Grenova has appointed Ted Hull to its board of directors. Hull, who brings over 30 years of knowledge and leadership in the life sciences industry, is set to provide strategic guidance to the company. His extensive experience includes more than two decades as CEO in clinical lab settings, positioning him as a pivotal figure in Grenova's journey towards innovation and sustainability.

Katherine Marrs, CEO of Grenova, expressed confidence in the new developments, emphasizing the company’s commitment to reducing plastic waste in laboratories with sustainable, reusable solutions.
