James Lee will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Dr. Alexander Dobranowski, who will transition to the position of President. Additionally, Sacha Gera has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer and Brad Porter as Chief Commercial Officer.

The strategic appointments come on the heels of HEALWELL's acquisition of Orion Health, highlighting the company's commitment to integrate its business units and expand the global reach of its AI and healthcare data solutions. Under Dr. Dobranowski's leadership, HEALWELL achieved substantial progress, completing six strategic acquisitions and raising over $100 million in capital.

James Lee brings over two decades of experience in leading multinational enterprises, having formerly served as CEO of Jarden New Zealand.
