Boston Scientific Corporation (BSX, Financial) has announced a significant leadership transition within its financial team. Daniel J. Brennan, the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has decided to retire effective June 29, 2025. Under the terms of his new role, Monson will receive an annual base salary of $700,000 and will be eligible for the company's 2025 Annual Bonus Plan with an incentive target of 80% of his base salary. Additionally, he will receive a promotional equity award valued at $1,750,000, subject to vesting conditions. Monson will also participate in the company's Executive Retirement Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan, providing him with comprehensive financial incentives aligned with the company's long-term goals.
