SolarBank (NASDAQ: SUUN) refiles its 2024 financial statements to include report from predecessor auditor.
The refiled statements were requested by Ontario Securities Commission during a prospectus review.
No changes were made to the financial figures or any other information besides adding the auditor's report.

SolarBank Corporation (NASDAQ: SUUN) has announced the refiling of its Audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. This action was taken at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission Staff during a prospectus review.

The refiling, originally submitted on September 30, 2024, includes the report of SolarBank's predecessor independent auditor, MSLL CPA LLP, alongside the current auditor’s report provided by ZH CPA, LLC. No other modifications have been made to the 2024 Financial Statements.

SolarBank's action ensures transparency and compliance with the requirements set forth by the Ontario Securities Commission. The inclusion of the predecessor auditor's report is the sole addition to the already disclosed financial data, maintaining consistency and accuracy in the company's financial disclosures.
