Ranjana B. Clark, a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience, has held numerous leadership positions across the financial services and technology sectors. Notable roles include Head of Global Transaction Banking at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) and Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at PayPal Inc.

Clark's current board engagements include roles on the boards of Xometry Inc., where she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, InvestCloud Inc., and StanCorp Financial Group Inc. Her impressive educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Delhi, an MBA with a marketing concentration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and another MBA with a finance focus from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
