The award, now in its 20th year, was announced at the Business Group on Health's 2025 Annual Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. Among the 53 organizations recognized, HII stood out as one of only three defense contractors honored, underscoring its commitment to innovative workplace practices and employee welfare.
